We are seeking dedicated Assemblers I to join our team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In this role, you'll contribute to the assembly, inspection, and packaging of medical products that play a vital role in patient care.
Key Responsibilities :Assemble Medical Devices : Assemble parts from subcomponents and perform off-line and on-line assembly.
Visual Inspection : Perform thorough visual inspections to identify defects and ensure quality using various magnification tools.
Packaging & Documentation : Accurately weigh, count, package, and label finished products. Complete production records and work order documentation as required.
Teamwork : Work closely with teammates to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Adhere to Safety Policies : Follow all safety policies and utilize designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
Education : High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
Experience : Previous experience is desirable, but we're open to training the right candidate!
Skills :
Strong hand/eye coordination and excellent dexterity to handle hand tools and equipment.
Ability to take direction and constructive feedback from supervisors and team leaders.
Effective communication and listening skills to collaborate in a team environment.
Flexibility and a willingness to learn new processes in a constantly evolving environment.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, depending on the machine being operated.
Ability to occasionally move and lift objects up to 25 lbs.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
