Busy wholesale dealership is hiring an experienced fixed operations manager to oversee a staff of 12 including technicians, auto body repair techs and painter .This job requires someone with significant internal reconditioning supervisory experience who has a deep understanding of cost control, compliance, productivity and efficiency as well as problem solving and strong organizational skills.

What We Are Looking For:
* Experienced dealership professional
* Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a service department, service business or auto body repair shop
* Excellent communication skills, strong technical knowledge of vehicle reconditioning, good computer literacy
* Successful candidate will display drive, commitment and pride in a job well done.
* Drivers license with clean driver's abstract
* Criminal background check 

Base salary : $75,000 per year plus performance bonus, based on experience.
