Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• I am looking for candidates who possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, I will consider applicants who have four additional years of applicable experience in lieu of the degree. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational abilities, the capacity to manage multiple tasks, and keen attention to detail. Proficient verbal and written communication skills are essential. I seek individuals capable of working both independently and as part of a diverse team. Furthermore, applicants should thrive in high-performance environments under tight deadlines, meeting the expectations of various stakeholders. Experience in problem-solving for complex project challenges and leading Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) is preferred.

• In this role, I will assign you to support the Security Cooperation/International Programs lead and manage the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Admin budget. Your responsibilities will include handling International Taskers and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as researching Security Cooperation Policy Plans. You will be tasked with ensuring that projects remain on schedule and within budget from inception through to completion. This includes planning, setting milestones, overseeing deadline adherence, managing resources, and conducting risk assessments and tracking. You will proactively identify any additional funding needs and coordinate with various teams to determine resources and estimate levels of effort. You will also facilitate the resolution of obstacles faced by all teams involved in a project and coordinate among administrative, technical, programmatic, customer organizations, leadership, and subject matter experts. I expect you to engage in independent problem-solving to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining continuous communication with all individuals and organizations connected to the project. Suitable candidates must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods. Periodic twisting, bending, and squatting may also be required. A security clearance at the Secret level is mandatory, and U.S. Citizenship is a prerequisite for obtaining this clearance at our location.
