The Information Technology Specialist I (ITS I) is

The ideal candidate will have:  

• Experience in implementing and overseeing information technology systems based upon emerging technologies including cloud computing, security, and systems automation.

• Experience in infrastructure disaster recovery testing and maintenance of supporting documentation.

• Experience with storage administration including NAS and SAN.

This position provides hybrid telework opportunities, with employees required to work in person at least two (2) days per week and as needed/required. Beginning July 1, 2025, all employees will be required to work in person four (4) days per week in alignment with Executive Order N-22-25.

This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code. The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and once per year. Failure to comply with the Conflict of Interest Code requirements may void the appointment.

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship by the start date of employment. We do not accept STEM-OPT.
