Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other IT hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, software applications, and network connectivity.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and permissions in Active Directory or other identity systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Respond to and document support tickets using a helpdesk or ticketing system.
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups.
• Collaborate with other IT team members on larger projects and system upgrades.
• Educate and support end-users on best practices and security awareness.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field-or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or similar technical support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, VPN, and remote desktop tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
