Locum General Dentist - $130 Hourly
Clarion, Iowa
We are seeking a locum general dentist to join the Dental department of our Acute Care Hospital. We provide preventative care, procedures, and specialty services to pediatric and adult patients. Dentists work closely with patients and their family to determine what type of care is most suitable for every individual.
Position Details
- Rural clinic with large Spanish-speaking population
- 16 patients per day
- Patient demographic: Pediatrics to Geriatrics
- Support Staff: 2 Dental hygienist
- 2 dental chairs
- Procedures: Fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, 3D print. Complex cases will be referred out.
- EMR: Epic Wisdom
Scheduling
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed - Beginning of June
- 3-12 months with the option to extend (6 -12 month commitment highly preferred)
- Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm
Compensation
- $130 hourly
- Travel and lodging covered
- Malpractice insurance covered
- Weekly direct deposits
Requirements
- Active Iowa Dental license
- Spanish speaking a plus
- 1+ years experience
- BLS
