As a Marketing Support Assistant, your primary task is to help set up and maintain automated marketing systems. These systems manage everything from sending welcome emails to scheduling appointments without human intervention. You won’t be doing customer service or creative work—just helping set up the structure that makes everything run smoothly behind the scenes.
Training is provided and no prior experience is required. You’ll use drag-and-drop tools, templates, and follow step-by-step guidance until you’re confident running these systems on your own.
Create lead capture forms and connect them to follow-up sequences
Link appointment calendars to reminder messages
Use logic-based tools to automate email and SMS campaigns
Apply tags to leads based on their actions (booked, didn’t book, no-show)
