American Workforce Group is seeking skilled laborers to join our candidate pool! Candidates may be eligible for a variety of position including construction, warehouse, manufacturing and overall general laborer positions!! Positions range from Cowlitz, Clark and Lewis Counties!

Description of Skilled Laborer:
- Measuring and classifying all raw materials in preparation for production
- Operating the production machinery as required, such as lifting equipment and forklift trucks
- Performing quality assurance and testing checks
- Maintaining an inventory of the goods and raw materials in the factory or warehouse
Details of Skilled Laborer:
-$16.66 - $22+/hour
-Standard shift is day shift 6am-4pm
-40 hours weekly
-Monday-Friday is the typical shift
Requirements and Qualifications of Skilled Laborer:
-Must be able to lift 50-75lbs
-Familiarity with hand and power tools
-Verifiable longevity in previous work history
Physical Requirements of Skilled Laborer:
-Lifting ability up to 75lbs
-Long term walking/standing
-Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
