How you'll make an impact

This position will work closely with Global Director of Security & Safety to develop a wide range of corporate security risk management programs designed to protect the global enterprise. Key responsibilities include: Working with internal clients and senior management to develop and implement a global physical security program to protect the enterprise; Designing and managing physical security systems that employ advanced technology and offer increased performance and cost reduction; Managing contracted security staff and programs that support protection and compliance initiatives; and Creating and maintaining standard operating procedures and regulatory physical & safety requirements. Develops and monitors performance metrics for staff and systems.

About You

Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and training in related fields required + minimum of 5 years' experience in the field Corporate Safety and Security. Ability to be on call 24/7 basis as part of a response team for any related emergencies. Knowledge of life safety systems, electronic security, video and digital recording systems.

Preferred: Relevant certifications (Certified Protection Professional (CPPP), Certified Security Management Professional (CSMP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP)), together with knowledge of state-of-the-art security standards and practices.

Behaviors: Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Effective communicator able to build relationships at all levels of the corporate environments with diverse groups both internally and externally and influence solutions. Critical forward thinker who can thoroughly analyze risk, design and deploy innovative solutions. Solid manager able to confidently direct teams and collaborate across functions.
