Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, are hiring a Network Analyst to join their team on a contract to Full Time Employment basis in the Norfolk, VA area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Microsoft Endpoint Manager/SCCM servers, as well as providing crucial technical support for the company’s infrastructure.
Responsibilities
As the Network Analyst, you will apply the latest software patches and fixes to Microsoft Endpoint Manager/SCCM servers.
Create and deploy SCCM installation packages for application, patch and operating system updates.
Use reporting tools to verify the successful deployment of software updates.
Oversee software distribution and hardware/software inventories and assist with modifying and creating software packages and scripts.
Offer technical support to staff for hardware and software issues, resolving them via phone, in-person, or electronically.
Install, configure, and update hardware and software as needed.
Prepare monthly status reports detailing task progress and upcoming plans.
Perform other related tasks as required.
Skillset
Minimum of two years of experience configuring and maintaining Microsoft Windows 10 or higher.
At least two years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
DOD Secret Clearance is required.
